COMMON WAY CEMENT MILL DRIVE IN INDIA
The Cement Mill in India presently the drive system is one way i.e Electrical Motors, Gear Box and the mill triunion. The second way is Mill Motor, Gear Box, Girth Gear and Pinion with counter shaft either it may with single drive or double drive.
MAINTENANCE
With regard to maintenance of Cement Plants in India operates at high efficiency. There is nothing new in the process we have to introduce. 5-STAGE PRE-HEATER WITH PRE-CALCINER
With this technology, the quality of clinker we produce is superior than the cement plants producing clinker without this technology. This technology consumes low heat due to high productivity, hence good quality clinker, which in turn gives us a good quality of cement.

Our Cement Plant is  connected to 500 KVA Sub-Station.  In addition to this SLCIL has its own 25 MW Thermal Power Plant.
